Overview
37XBY type inverted fluorescence microscope is an instrument composed of InvertedMicroscope and epifluorescence device. It has the characteristics of microscopic observation of samples in foster bottles or culture dishes. It is suitable for fluorescence microscopy, especially for microscopic research on living cells and tissues, fluids, Sediment, etc. It is a satisfactory instrument for scientific research, universities, agriculture and animal husbandry and other departments.
Features
1. It is composed of an InvertedMicroscope and an epifluorescence device, and has both conventional microscopic observation and fluorescence observation functions.
2. Equipped with a long working distance flat field color difference objective, a large field of view eyepiece and a long working distance condenser, it is convenient to observe the samples in the foster container.
3. Equipped with a phase contrast device and phase contrast objective lens, it can observe transparent living bodies without staining.
4. The epifluorescence device is excited by epifluorescence light, resulting in a clear fluorescence image.
5. The three-eyeliner barrel can be equipped with optional camera and photography devices, and can be connected to a computer and configured with image analysis software.
Illuminant (6V/30W halogen lamp, adjustable luminance) and fluorescent Illuminant (100W ultra-high voltage DC mercury lamp).
Principle
The instrument combines the Working Principle of an InvertedMicroscope and an epifluorescence device. The InvertedMicroscope uses an objective lens to image samples placed in foster bottles or culture dishes from below, which facilitates the observation of living samples. The epifluorescence device irradiates the sample by excitation of specific wavelengths (such as ultraviolet light in the blue B or green G band), excites the fluorescent substances in the sample to emit visible fluorescence, and then collects the fluorescent signal through the objective lens to form an image.
Applications
