Overview
BM-7 Binocular Biological Microscope is a novel, compact and lightweight biological Microscope. It is suitable for research experiments in biology, bacteriology, chemistry and other disciplines.
Features
1. Using a combination of flat-field eyepiece and color difference objective lens, the total magnification covers 40X to 1600X.
2. Equipped with a dumpling chain double tube 30 ° tilt observation head, 360 ° swirl/spin, and the pupil distance adjustment range is 55-75mm.
3. Adopt inward tilting objective lens converter and Abbe condenser (with variable light bar and color filter), with a numerical aperture of 1.25NA.
4. The length of the mechanical cylinder is 160mm, the coarse fine-tuning focusing range is 25mm, and the fretting grid value is 0.002mm.
5. The stage area is 140 * 140mm, the moving range is 76x56mm, and the vernier grid value is 0.1mm.
6. The lighting system adopts Kohler lighting, the luminance is adjustable, and the Illuminant is a 6V/20VA halogen tungsten bulb.
Principle
The microscope magnifies the sample through a combined Optical inspection system of objective and eye lenses. The ray of light is emitted by the tungsten halogen bulb, and the sample is uniformly irradiated by the Kohler illumination system. After passing through the condenser and the sample, it is enlarged by the objective lens for the first time to form an inverted real image, and then re-enlarged by the eyepiece to form a virtual image for the observer to view. Mechanical focusing system is used for precise focusing.

Steps
1. Turn on the power, turn on the lighting system and adjust the luminance.
2. Place the sample on the stage and secure it with a tableting clip.
3. swirl/spin objective converter, choose low magnification objective (such as 4X).
4. Use the coarse focus knob to bring the objective lens close to the sample, while observing from the eyepiece, slowly adjust until a blurred image appears.
5. Use the fine focus knob for fine focus until the image is clear.
6. If you need a higher magnification, you can convert to a high-magnification objective (such as 40X, 100X), and use fine-tuning to refocus. When using a 100X oil lens, add fragrant asphalt between the lens and the sample.
7. Optimize the lighting effect by adjusting the condenser light bar and color filter.
8. After the observation is complete, turn off the power, turn the objective lens to the lower magnification position, remove the sample, and clean the stage and lens (especially the oil lens).
Notice
When moving the Microscope, you should hold the base and mirror arm with both hands and handle it with care.
• Do not directly touch the Optical inspection lenses (eyepieces, objectives, condensers, etc.) with your hands, and use special lens paper when cleaning.
• When using high-power objectives (especially 100X oil lenses), be extra careful to avoid collisions between the objective lens and the slide. After using the oil lens, you must wipe the cedar oil on the lens with a small amount of detergent (such as Xylene) dipped in the lens paper in time.
• When adjusting the focal length, use the coarse focus knob first, and switch to fine focus when approaching the sample to avoid crushing the sample or damaging the objective due to rapid descent.
Before replacing the bulb, make sure the Microscope is powered off and chilled down.
• When not in use for a long time, the Microscope should be placed in a dust cover and stored in a drying, non-corrosion gas environment.
