PRSR300 Roughness Gauge is a High Accuracy surface roughness measuring instrument launched by the brand IPRE. The instrument adopts a split design of Control system and drive system, has no host structure, is completely controlled by tablet computer, and has data remote upload and online analysis functions.

Principle
The instrument collects surface roughness data through the acquisition unit, and uses Bluetooth 4.0 wireless communication technology to transmit the measurement data to the tablet PC Control system. Measurement parameters, waveforms and contour graphics are analyzed and statistically processed in real time to achieve accurate measurement and data management of surface roughness.
