The company has more than 80 years of experience in R & D and production of coating rods. The product adopts the Mayer rod coating method, which is simple, accurate, uniform and economical. It can quickly change the coating weight and achieve a wide range of film thicknesses, and is suitable for a wide range of substrates.

Principle
Wire-wound Applicator rods form uniform wire windings on the surface of the mandrel through a wire winding process, and the cavities between the wires determine the thickness of the coating. As the paint passes through the rod body, the cavities formed by the windings control the flow and distribution of the paint, resulting in accurate Spreader thickness control.
