TQC LD0551 Shore hardness gauge is a Dial portable Shore hardness gauge imported from the Netherlands. It is made of stainless steel aluminum oxide and has good Abrasion Resistance and corrosion resistance. The hardness gauge is used for the measurement of Cys Hardness of soft materials such as Coatings, Plastics and Rubbers. Principle
LD0551 Shore hardness gauge measurement hardness of materials by the Cang method, when the indenter is pressed into the surface of the material to be measured, the pointer indicates the Hardness value and stays at the maximum Measuring location to achieve hardness testing of soft materials.

Steps
1. Place the hardness gauge vertically on the surface of the tested material
2. Apply pressure to press the indenter into the material
3. Read the Hardness value indicated by the pointer
4. Maximum Measured value recorded
