Overview
TQC LD0559 hardness gauge test bench is a Shore Shore Durometer bracket, which needs to add a certain amount of weight before testing. For different Shore Shore Durometer tests, the Nominal Mass that needs to be increased is different. The hardness gauge test bench is designed with a down handle on one side, which can press the hardness gauge down, which is simple and labor-saving.
The TQC hardness gauge is suitable for A, C and D types of hardness gauges. The structure of the test bench includes a joystick, an adjustable Glass bench, and an adjustable hardness gauge fixing device. It will be more accurate and repeatability to test rubber or plastic products through this test bench.

Principle

Steps
1. Place the weight according to the experimental requirements;
2. Remove the nut of Shore Shore Durometer and install it on the hardness gauge test bench;
3. Under normal circumstances, the Shore Shore Durometer is used. To raise or lower the height of the Shore Shore Durometer, you can raise or lower the lever. Press the lever to the bottom.
Notice
- A certain amount of weight needs to be added before the test, and the Nominal Mass needs to be increased differently for different Shore Shore Durometer tests.
- When using the Shore Shore Durometer, press the lever to the bottom.
