Overview
LD-YSY-02 Compressive Strength Tester is a testing instrument used to detect paper Ring Crush Test, Cardboard Edge Crush Test, Corrugated Board adhesive strength, Corrugated Board Flat Crush Test, etc. Paper mills are usually used to detect paper Ring Crush Test (RCT) with a thickness of 0.15~ 1.00mm. Cardboard, carton mills and carton use enterprises are usually used to detect Corrugated Board Edge Crush Test (ECT), Flat Crush Test (FCT), adhesive strength (PAT) and paper core Flat Crush Test (CMT) with a diameter of less than 60mm. The instrument is a satisfactory auxiliary test tool for papermaking enterprises, Cardboard manufacturers, carton manufacturers, carton users and mass supervision and inspection departments.
Features
1. Force value range: 5~ 3000N
2.High accuracy: Indication Error ≤ +/- 1%, force resolution 0.01N
3. Stability: Up and down platen parallelism ≤ 0.05mm
4. Intuitive display: 3.2 inch 320 * 240 point array LCD display, real-time display of force value changes
5. Convenient output: modular integrated thermal printer
6. Wide range of applications: can detect a variety of paper and Cardboard strength parameters
Principle
The instrument applies pressure to the sample through the upper and lower pressure plates, performs compression testing at a constant pressurization speed of 12.5 +/- 1mm/min, monitors the change of force value in real time, and measures the strength performance of the sample during compression through precision Sensors.
Applications
Cardboard production enterprises, cardboard production enterprises, carton use enterprises, mass supervision and inspection departments
Standards
GB/T 2679.8、GB/T 6546、GB/T 6548、GB/T 2679.6
Steps
Step 1 Prepare the sample
2. Place the specimen between the upper and lower pressure plates
3. Set test parameters
4. Start the test, the instrument is pressurized at a speed of 12.5 +/- 1mm/min
5. Real-time observation of force changes
6. Read the data after the test is completed
7. Use a thermal printer to output test results
Notice
• Operating Ambient Temperature should be maintained at (20 +/- 10) ℃
• Environmental humidity should be less than 85%
• Ensure that the parallelism of the upper and lower pressure plates meets the requirements
• Check whether the sample size meets the requirements before testing
• Test accuracy by calibrating instruments regularly
