Principle
The edge pressing Sampler realizes smooth and fast sampling operation through the sliding unit of the linear guide rail, adopts imported tungsten sheet to ensure that the cutting is free of burrs, and realizes one positioning through two positioning pins, and can cut samples of various specifications without adjustment.

Steps
1. Place the specimen on the Sampler
2. Positioning through two positioning pins
3. Slide the cutting unit along the linear guide
4. Complete the cutting of the specified size sample

• Ensure sampling thickness does not exceed 18mm
• The sampling width is controlled within the range of 25 +/- 0.5mm
• Regularly check the abrasion of imported tungsten sheets
• Keep the linear guide clean and lubricated
• Confirm that the positioning pin is in the correct position before use
