Overview
JH-YMY-1 high-speed ink homogenizer is a product of JINGHUAYIQI brand. It is used to measure the bonding strength between paper surface fibers, rubber, filler or paper surface Coating particles and coatings and paper bases, and characterize the ability of paper to resist inks splitting force during printing. The instrument can be used for paper surface strength and printing smoothness, asperity, inks absorption, inks transfer, printing density (with special accessories) and other printing adaptability tests. It can be used for paper mills, printing mills, inks mills, etc. to conduct printing adaptability tests on paper inks and other printing materials.
Features
1. The effective area of inks color strips can be selected: 40 × 200mm (4 strips), 60 × 200mm (3 strips), 100 × 200mm (2 strips).
2. Flexible ink speed control: The control panel provides three direct speed adjustments of 400, 550, and 700 rpm, and three gears can be set arbitrarily in the device, each gear setting range is 0-1000rpm, which belongs to stepless frequency conversion speed regulation.
3. Flexible printing speed control: the control panel provides 10, 15, 20 rpm/minute three direct speed regulation, the equipment can be arbitrarily set three gears, each gear is set in the range of 0-30rpm, belonging to stepless frequency conversion speed regulation.
4. The ink leveling time is adjustable: 1 to 99 seconds.
5. Adjustable printing pressure: -1~ + 1mm manual adjustment.

Principle
Spreader inks uniformly on the paper surface through a high-speed swirl/spin homogenizer to simulate the transfer and splitting of inks during printing. By controlling parameters such as homogenizing speed, printing speed, homogenizing time and printing pressure, the bonding strength between coatings or fibers on the paper surface is measured to evaluate the anti-pulling ability of paper and Miscellaneous printing adaptability.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate ink color bar effective area according to the test requirements.
2. Set the required ink leveling speed gear on the control panel or set stepless speed regulation through the inside of the device.
3. Set the required printing speed gear on the control panel or set stepless speed regulation through the inside of the device.
4. Set the required ink leveling time (1-99 seconds).
5. Manually adjust the printing pressure to the required range (-1~ + 1mm).
6. Place the paper and start the instrument for testing.
Notice
• Special accessories are required for printing density testing.
• The uniform ink speed and printing speed can be set by stepless frequency conversion speed regulation inside the device. Please pay attention to safety when setting.
• When manually adjusting the printing pressure, it should be operated slowly to avoid sudden pressure changes.
• Net weight of the instrument is about 72KG, pay attention to safety when moving or installing to prevent dumping.
