Overview
The JH-YSY-A type printing adaptability tester is a general-purpose paper and paperboard printing adaptability tester. It is specially developed for paper printing bristling testing according to the new "paper printing adaptability" international standard. It is computer-controlled and the test results are compatible with AIC2-5, IGT A1-3 and IGT A2-3. The instrument adopts professional electromechanical technology and performs well in function and test accuracy. It is randomly equipped with high-speed ink leveling equipment, standard ink dispenser, aluminum printing disc, etc. Suitable for all kinds of offset plate, letterpress plate and gravure printing paper and Cardboard simulation printing test, is the paper testing center, research institutes, universities and related papermaking enterprises ideal printing hair detection instrument.

Principle
The instrument drives a fan-shaped pendulum at a set speed while applying adjustable printing pressure to simulate printing on paper samples. The printing adaptability of paper is assessed by measuring the critical speed at which the paper begins to ink disbonding paper fibers at specific speeds and pressures.

Steps
1. Prepare paper samples and inks.
2. Spreader inks evenly on the aluminum printing plate using the randomly equipped high-speed uniform ink equipment and ink feeder.
3. Fix the paper sample on the instrument.
4. Set test parameters through the LCD Chinese interface, such as printing pressure (standard 350N +/- 10N) and speed range (0.2~ 6 m/s).
5. Start the test, and the instrument automatically completes the simulated printing process.
6. Record or read the test results such as the critical speed when the paper is pulled.
Notice
• Power supply voltage of the instrument is AC220V, 50Hz, please make sure the power supply matches.

• When testing, ensure that parameters such as printing pressure are set accurately to ensure the reproducibility and Repeatability of the test results.
