Overview
JINGHUAYIQI JH - WN-LL (100N) Universal UTM is widely used in paper, Cardboard and Miscellaneous Non-metallic materials for the measurement of Tensile Strength, elongation and Tensile Energy Absorption. It can measure paper tension, Tensile Strength, elongation, fracture length, Tensile Energy Absorption, tensile index, Tensile Energy Absorption index, especially can sense small quantities, and has the ability to measure the corresponding parameters of paper (including wet strength value).
Features
1. The transmission mechanism adopts ball bearings for smooth and accurate transmission; it adopts imported motors for low noise and accurate control.
2. Large-screen LCD display, Chinese menu. During the test, the stretching time, load tension, etc. are displayed in real time; the new software has the function of real-time display of Linear dispersion; the instrument has powerful data display and analysis, management capabilities.
3. Adopt modular integrated printer, easy to install and low failure; thermal printer and dot matrix printer are optional.
4. Measurement range of 0~ 30N, accuracy up to 0.01N, resolution 0.01N, paper-specific.
5. Direct measurement results: After completing a set of tests, it is convenient to directly display measurement results and print statistical reports, including average value, Standard Deviation and Coefficient of Variation.

Principle
The universal UTM uses a single-chip microcomputer for information sensing, data processing and action control, and realizes smooth and accurate stretching operation through ball bearing transmission mechanism and imported motor. Real-time display of stretching time, load tension and Linear dispersion, automatic measurement and Data analysis.

Steps
1. Set the instrument configuration according to the sample type.
2. Set the chuck spacing and stretching speed.
3. Place the specimen and initiate the test.
4. Real-time observation of stretch data and Linear dispersion.
5. After completing the test, display and print the result report directly.

• Power supply voltage AC220 +/- 10%, 50Hz, 2A.
• Ambient Temperature should be kept at 20~ 40 ℃, relative humidity < 85%.
• Avoid overload use, the instrument has an overload protection function.
• Regularly check the transmission mechanism and motor to ensure smooth operation.
