Overview
JINGHUAYIQI JH - WN-LL (500N) Universal UTM is widely used in the measurement of Tensile Strength, elongation and Tensile Energy Absorption of paper, Cardboard and Miscellaneous Non-metallic materials. The instrument can measure paper tension, Tensile Strength, elongation, fracture length, Tensile Energy Absorption, tensile index, Tensile Energy Absorption index, especially can sense small quantities, and has the ability to measure the corresponding parameters of paper (including wet strength value).

Principle
The instrument uses a single-chip microcomputer for information sensing, data processing and action control, and realizes smooth and accurate stretching motion through the ball bearing transmission mechanism. It monitors and displays parameters such as time and load tension in the stretching process in real time.

Steps
1. Set the chuck spacing and tensile speed according to the sample type
2. Install the specimen between the chucks
3. Start the instrument for tensile test
4. Observe the stretching time, load tension and other data on the LCD screen in real time
5. After the test is completed, the instrument automatically displays the measurement results
6. Use the printer to print the statistical report
