Overview
WST-01 Sealing tester adopts the principle of negative pressure testing, which is suitable for the sealing test of soft Encasement parts in food, daily chemical, electronics and other industries. Through the test, the sealing process and sealing performance of soft Encasement parts can be effectively compared and evaluated, which provides a scientific basis for determining relevant technical indicators. It can also be used to test the sealing performance of the specimens after falling and pressure tests.

Principle
Using compressed air as the power source, the vacuum chamber is vacuumed by the vacuum generating device. The sample is placed in the vacuum chamber and immersed below the water surface; the vacuum tank is vacuumed to produce a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the sample immersed in water. By observing the expansion of the sample or the gas overflow (bubble) in the sample, the sealing performance of the sample can be judged.
