Overview
The Defelsko PosiTector SHDA1 Shore Shore Durometer is a Handheld instrument designed for the measurement of Crowd Hardness in Non-metallic materials. This model is suitable for the Shore A Hardness range and features user-adjustable Measurement time, Auto Ignore mode, and resistance to solvents, acids, oils, water, and dust. It supports USB, WiFi, and Bluetooth connectivity and includes a calibrate certificate traceable to NIST.

Principle
The hardness gauge works on the principle of Crowd Hardness and determines its Shore Hardness value by measuring the Crowd depth of Non-metallic materials under a specific pressure. The instrument uses an automatic ignore mode to ensure readings meet international standards and a high resolution mode to improve Measurement accuracy.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply of the instrument and select the Chinese interface
2. Set the user-defined test time and observe the screen countdown
3. Probe placed on the surface of the material to be tested for measurement
4. The instrument automatically filtrates invalid readings and displays the results
5. Use the reset function to restore the factory settings.
6. Connect the computer via USB for data transfer or program upgrade
Notice
• Ensure instruments are calibrated and up to standard before measurement
• Avoid use in extreme environment conditions to prevent affecting accuracy
• Probe cleaned after use to prevent solvent or acid corrosion
• Replace the battery in time when the battery is low, it is recommended to use alkaline batteries
When storing data, be careful to limit it to 250 readings to avoid overflow
Make sure the USB cable is secure when connecting to the computer to prevent data loss
