Overview
IMT-DJD02 Digital Display Beating Degree Tester is a pulp cracking degree testing instrument specially used in papermaking laboratories. The instrument is professionally produced according to the relevant provisions of the national standard GB/T 3332-2004 "Slurry, Determination of Beating Degree (Schuber-Riegler Method) ", and evaluates the beating degree of the pulp by measuring the water filtration performance of the pulp suspension.
Features
1. Measurement range, high accuracy, range of 0~ 100 ° SR, accuracy of 0.5SR.
2. Precise control of key dimensions, such as a vertical drain section of 137 +/- 1mm, to ensure test accuracy.
3. The operation is intelligent, using intelligent control, and the release operation can be completed with one click.
4. The release mode is fully automatic, and the cone rise speed is stable at 100 +/- 10mm/s.
5. Compact design, Dimensions of 450 * 250 * 750mm.
Principle
The instrument is based on the inverse relationship between the beating degree of the pulp and the filtration rate of its suspension. The instrument is designed to imitate the Shoeber-Riegler type Beater. By measuring the filtration performance of the pulp suspension under specific conditions, the fiber condition is studied and the beating degree of the pulp is evaluated.
Applications
Used to determine the drainage performance of slurry suspension, study the fiber condition, and evaluate the degree of slurry beating
Standards
ISO 5267/1 "Pulp - Determination of water filtration performance, Part 1: Shobber-Riegler method", GB/T 3332-2004 "Pulp - Determination of beating degree (Shobber-Riegler method) "
Steps
1. Prepare the pulp suspension sample to be tested.
2. Power on the instrument and initialize it.
3. Inject the sample into the measurement vessel of the instrument.
4. Press the start button, the instrument will intelligently control and automatically complete the release and measurement process.
5. Read the beating degree (° SR) value displayed on the digital display screen.
Notice
Before use, please ensure that the instrument is placed horizontally and check whether the components are in good condition.
• Strictly preparing pulp suspension samples according to standard requirements to ensure the accuracy of measurement results.
• Periodically calibrate key dimensions of the instrument (e.g. drain diameter) to ensure compliance with standards.
• During operation, avoid foreign objects entering the measurement system.
• After the instrument is used, it should be cleaned in time and kept drying.
