Overview
HP-BYD Corrugated Board Gluing Sampling Knife is a product of HENGPIN brand, dedicated to standard sample sampling of Corrugated Board Edge Compression Strength Test (ECT) and Adhesive Strength Test (PAT). The sampling knife can accurately cut samples that meet the requirements of national standards, and is a necessary special equipment to complete relevant physical performance tests.

Principle
The sampling knife is used to punch the Corrugated Board through a precision-designed die and positioning system to obtain a standard-sized sample. For the edge compression strength test, a 100 * 25mm sample is cut; for the adhesive strength test, an 80 * 25mm sample is cut. The matching adhesive strength fixture is inserted into the corrugated board through a pin to disbond the tissue and core paper during the test to determine its adhesive strength.

Steps
1. According to the test type (side pressing or gluing) and Corrugated Board type (A, B, C, etc.), select the corresponding knife die or fixture sub-disc.
2. Place the Corrugated Board flat on the sampling table and position it.
3. Operate the sampling knife to punch the Cardboard to obtain the standard sample.
4. For the adhesive strength test, use the matching fixture, insert and fix the pin at the peak of the sample.
5. Place the prepared specimen on the corresponding strength tester for testing.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the die or fixture plate matches the shape of the Corrugated Board to be tested.
• Ensure that the Cardboard is placed flat and positioned accurately during operation to ensure the sampling size accuracy.
• Regularly check the sharpness of the knife edge and the condition of the clamp pin to keep the appliance clean.
• Pay attention to safety during handling and storage to avoid bumps.
• E Corrugated Cardboard sampling requires special parts.
