ZB-HY3000 Ring Pressure Tester is a cost-effective and High Accuracy compressive strength testing instrument, dedicated to measuring paper ring compressive strength (RCT), Corrugated Board edge compressive strength (ECT), Corrugated Board plain compressive strength (FCT), Corrugated Board adhesive strength (PAT) and corrugated base paper plain compressive strength (CMT). Principle
The instrument is an electromechanical integration structure, using modern mechanical design concepts and microcomputer processing technology. Through the fixed design of the upper pressure plate, pressure is applied to the sample to measure its compression strength. The instrument can automatically process data and obtain statistical results, and can be automatically reset after the test is completed.

Steps
1. According to the test requirements (such as ring pressing, side pressing, flat pressing, adhesive strength or corrugated base paper flat pressing), equipped with the corresponding special Sampler and auxiliary equipment (such as ring pressing test center plate, side pressing sample Sampler, flat pressing sample Sampler, Peel Strength Test Rack, Corrugating meter, etc.).
2. Sampler preparation of standard specimens.
3. Place the specimen in the working area of the instrument.
4. Set test parameters through a large-screen color touchscreen (e.g. recommended test speed of 12.5 +/- 2.5mm/min).
5. Start the test, and the instrument automatically pressurizes and records data.
6. After the test is completed, the instrument automatically processes the data and displays the statistical results, which can be printed out or transmitted to a computer through the RS232 interface.
Notice
* Power supply voltage must be AC220V +/- 10%, 50HZ.
* The force range is 10~ 3000N, and the resolution is 0.1N.
* Indication Variability ≤ 1%, Indication Error +/- 1%.
The parallelism of the upper and lower pressure plates should be maintained at < 0.05mm.
The recommended test speed is 12.5 +/- 2.5mm/min, and the pressure speed range is 0 to 100mm/min.
The working stroke is 78mm.
