ZHIBANG ZB-QNPY30 toilet paper spherical Burst resistance tester is a special instrument for measuring paper mechanical penetration (spherical burst resistance) and burst resistance index.

Principle
Driven by a servo motor, the instrument pushes the spherical probe to puncture the sample with an adjustable oil feeding speed (standard 125 +/- 5mm/min), measures its burst resistance, and automatically calculates the burst resistance index and other related data.
Applications
Determination of Burst Resistance of Toilet Paper
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC220V +/- 10%, 50HZ).
2. Use a manual fixture to hold the sample.
3. Set test parameters through the touchscreen.
4, start the test, the instrument automatically complete the puncture, data collection and calculation.
5. After the test is completed, the instrument can be automatically reset and output data through the RS232 interface.
