Overview
ZBH-5 Electric Film thickness tester is a special instrument for the measurement of paper and Cardboard Film thickness under the ZHIBANG brand. This instrument is widely used in the determination of Film thickness of paper, Cardboard and Miscellaneous sheet materials. Principle
The instrument drives the measurement head through the motor to make a measurement surface of a specific diameter (16.0 +/- 0.5mm) contact with the sample at a standard contact pressure (100 +/- 10kPa), thus accurately measuring the film thickness of the material.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply, and the instrument power-on indicator light is on.
2. Place the tested sample flat on the measurement table.
3. Start the motor and drive the measurement head down to contact with the sample.
4. Read and record the Film thickness value displayed by the instrument.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is placed on a stable working table before use.
• Ensure that the surface of the sample is flat, clean and free of wrinkles during measurement.
• Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure that the Measurement accuracy meets the specifications.
• Please pay attention to safety during operation and avoid body parts from entering the movement area of the measurement head.
• When the instrument is not in use, please disconnect the power supply.
