Overview
The ZB-DJ100 beating degree tester is a special instrument under the ZHIBANG brand for the measurement of diluted pulp suspended water rate. The instrument is designed according to the international Shauber working principle. It adopts manual pressing of the sealing cone and adjusts the rising speed through a heavy hammer, which is easy to operate. The instrument also adopts a spring pre-tightening mechanism to enhance the combination of the sealing hammer body and the bottom of the water filter cylinder.
Features
1. Designed according to the internationally accepted Shauber working principle.
2. The sealing cone is manually pressed and the operation is simple.
3. Adjust the rising speed of the cone with a heavy hammer.
4. The spring pretension mechanism is used to enhance the sealing property, so that the rubber sealing ring of the sealing hammer body is closely combined with the bottom of the water filter cylinder.
Principle
The instrument is designed according to the working principle of Schuber, and the beating degree is determined by measuring the filtration rate of diluted pulp suspended water. After manually pressing the sealing cone, it rises at a specific speed under the action of a heavy hammer to make the slurry penetrate the net, and calculates the beating degree according to parameters such as filtration time or remaining volume.
Standards
ISO 5267-1 "Pulp - Determination of water filtration performance - Part 1: Shobber-Riegler method", GB/T 3332 "Pulp - Determination of beating strength (Shobber-Riegler method) "
Steps
1. Manually press the sealing cone.
2. Adjust the rising speed of the cone to the specified range (100 +/- 10mm/s) with a heavy hammer.
3. Carry out measurement and record relevant water filtration parameters.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is placed horizontally before operation.
• When manually pressing the sealing cone, make sure it is in place to ensure sealing.
• When adjusting the weight, pay attention to control the rising speed within the range of 100 +/- 10mm/s.
• Regularly check the abrasion of sealing rings and other components to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Please calibrate and operate according to relevant standards.
