Overview
HP-NPD1600S computer-controlled paper bursting resistance tester (also known as paper burst resistance tester, paper bursting resistance tester, rupture strength tester) is the basic instrument for paper strength performance testing. It adopts High Accuracy Sensor and high-speed processing chip design to ensure sampling Precision. Its performance parameters and technical indicators comply with relevant national standards and are suitable for bursting strength testing in carton Encasement, paper industry and Quality control, commodity inspection and other departments. This machine is manually clamped.
Features
1. High accuracy, computer automatic test, simple and convenient operation, stable and reliable performance.
2. LCD screen display, Chinese menu operation interface, real-time display of test values, sample changes Linear dispersion and other information during the test.
3, automatic measurement of samples, intelligent lock maximum peak, with data display and analysis management capabilities, 99 sets of data storage, printing function, fault alarm and Sensor nonlinear correction functions.
4. It has the function of switching between kPa, kgf/cm2, and lbf/in2 units.
5. Equipped with a micro-printer, it can print test time, test number, test data, and test indicators specified by relevant standards.
Principle
The instrument is fixed by manual clamping to form a sealing space between the upper and lower clamping rings. The system controls the hydraulic oil to send oil under the film at a constant rate of 95 +/- 5mL/min, so that the film bulges uniformly, and the sample is pressed until it breaks. The High Accuracy Sensor detects the pressure change in real time, and the high-speed processing chip records and intelligently locks the maximum pressure peak at the time of rupture to determine the bursting strength of the paper.
Applications
Carton Encasement, Paper industry, Quality control department, Commodity inspection department
Standards
GB/T 454 Paper - Determination of Burst Resistance, ISO 2758 Paper - Determination of Burst Resistance
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and start the instrument.
2. According to the test requirements, set relevant parameters and units on the Chinese menu interface.
3. Place the sample flat on the lower clamping ring and clamp the sample manually.
4. Start the test, the instrument automatically feeds oil and pressurizes, and the screen displays the pressure value and the change of Linear dispersion in real time.
5. After the sample ruptures, the instrument intelligently locks and displays the maximum burst resistance value.
6. Save or print the test data.
7. After the test is completed, release the clamping device, remove the sample fragments, and prepare for the next test.
Notice
The instrument should be placed on a stable, vibration-free workbench and grounded reliably.
Check the amount of hydraulic oil before use to ensure that it is within the normal range.
When clamping the sample, ensure that it is flat, free of wrinkles, and completely covers the lower clamp ring hole.
Regularly check and calibrate the film resistance to ensure compliance with the standard requirements of 30 +/- 5kPa.
During the test, do not touch the clamping area or move the specimen.
When the instrument is not in use for a long time, the power supply should be disconnected.
Non-professionals should not disassemble or adjust the internal components of the instrument.
When a fault occurs, it should be checked according to the screen prompt information or contacted for repair by a professional.
