Overview
HP-ZCA625 Dust Measurement Instrument is a special instrument designed and manufactured by HENGPIN according to GB/T 1541-1989 "Paper and Cardboard Dust Measurement Method", which is suitable for the determination of paper or Cardboard dust.
Features
1. Designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB/T1541-1989.
2. Equipped with a 20W fluorescent light source, the illumination angle is 60 °.
3. The effective area of the workbench is 0.0625 square meters, and it can be swirled/spun at 360 °.
4. Provide a standard dust map covering an area of 0.05 to 5.0 mm ².
Principle
The instrument irradiates the sample with a light source at a specific angle and luminance, using a standard dust map as a comparison reference to observe and measure paper or Cardboard samples on a swirling/spinning table to determine the area and amount of surface dust.

Steps
1. Prepare paper or Cardboard samples to be tested.
2. Place the sample on the instrument bench.
3. Turn on the light source to illuminate the sample surface.
4. Swirl/spin table, use the standard dust map to compare and observe the dust on the sample surface.
5. Record the area and amount of dust and complete the measurement.
