Overview
CHENCHI NPD-Q50 spherical Burst resistance tester is a professional instrument used to test the bursting strength of paper products. It adopts the principle of spherical test head piercing samples, which can analyze the bursting strength of dry and wet samples. It is suitable for testing various paper products such as toilet paper, paper, and paper handkerchiefs.
Features
1. High accuracy: High Accuracy Force Sensor is used, and the test Precision Error is within +/- 0.5%.
2. Good Repeatability: High Accuracy Stepper Motor Control, Probe Travels Accurately and Stably, Repeatability of Measurement Results is Good.
3. Degree of automation: fixture pneumatic clamping; support single group, multi-group test mode, multi-group test can be arbitrarily set the number and interval, fully automatic test completion and save the results.
4. Easy to use, easy to operate: LCD Chinese display, friendly man-machine interface. Cylinder automatic clamping, fully automatic test, with data statistical processing function, micro printer output, can also be connected to the computer operation. Linear dispersion can be displayed and saved when connected to the computer.
5. Measurement and calibrating: Equipped with special test weight, built-in calibrating program, easy for third-party calibrating.
Principle
The instrument works based on the principle of a spherical test head piercing the sample. The spherical measurement head is driven by a High Accuracy stepper motor to pierce the paper sample held by the pneumatic fixture at a constant speed. At the same time, the High Accuracy Force Sensor measures and records the maximum force value during the piercing process in real time, so as to analyze the burst strength of the sample.
Applications
Burst strength test of paper products such as toilet paper, paper, paper handkerchiefs, etc
Standards
GB/T 24328.7-2009、ISO12625-9-2005、GB∕T 20810-2018
Steps
1. Prepare the sample and place it between the upper and lower pressure rings.
2. Select the test mode (single group or multiple groups) through the instrument interface and set the corresponding parameters (such as the number and interval of multiple groups of tests).
3. Start the test, and the instrument will automatically complete the pneumatic clamping, puncture test, and data recording.
4. After the test is completed, the results can be output through the micro printer, or connected to the computer to view and save the break-resistant Linear dispersion and data.
Notice
• The instrument should be used in an environment with a temperature of 10~ 30 ° C and a humidity of no more than 85%.
• The worktable needs to be stable, and the table surface is flat without vibration.
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50HZ before use.
• Periodically calibrate with included test weights and built-in programs to ensure test accuracy.
