CHENCHI NPD-2D Cardboard bursting resistance tester is an electronic measuring instrument developed and produced according to the international universal Mullen method. It is suitable for bursting strength testing of all kinds of paper and Cardboard, and can also be used for bursting resistance testing of non-paper sheet materials such as silk, cotton, leather, etc. The instrument is simple to operate, reliable in performance, and professional in technology. Principle
The instrument works according to the international universal Mullen method. The sample is clamped by pneumatic clamping plate, and hydraulic pressure is applied to the bottom of the film at a constant oil feeding speed to make the film bulge and burst the sample, so as to determine the bursting strength of the material.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the worktable is stable and flat without vibration.
2. Set the instrument parameters according to the standard requirements.
3. Place the sample between the upper and lower clamping rings and clamp it pneumatically.
4. Start the test, and the instrument automatically pressurizes at an oil feeding speed of 170 +/- 15 mL/min.
5. After the sample breaks, the instrument automatically records and displays the burst resistance value.
6. The complete test data report can be printed through the thermal printer.
Notice
• The instrument should be used in an environment with a temperature of 10~ 30 ° C and a humidity of no more than 85%.
• The worktable must be stable, with a flat surface and no vibration.
• Before use, check whether the film resistance meets the standard requirements (170kPa~ 220kPa when the bulge is 10mm, 250kPa~ 350kPa when the bulge is 18mm).
• Regularly check the sealing of the system to ensure that the pressure drop is less than 10% Pmax within 1 minute of the upper limit of measurement.
• Please pay attention to safety during operation and avoid touching the chuck area when the instrument is running.
• Instrument standard configuration includes host, micro printer, wrench, glycerin, film and power cord.
