Overview
LANDTEK CM-1210-200F Iron-based Coating thickness gauge is a special equipment for coating measurement on small workpieces. It uses magnetic Sensor measurement of non-ferrous magnetic coatings and platings on ferromagnetic metal substrates such as steel and iron.
Features
1. Dedicated to coating measurement on small workpieces
2. Single and Continuous Measurement modes available
3. Metric/imperial unit conversion
4. With functions such as manual shutdown, automatic shutdown and undervoltage prompt
5. Automatically remember the calibrated value and automatically identify the material of the tested substrate
6. There is a buzzer prompt tone during operation, and the buzzer does not sound during continuous measurement
7. Use USB data cable output, RS-232C data cable and software to communicate with PC
8. Provide optional configuration Bluetooth Bluetooth ™ data output selection
9. split design, provide a variety of Probes, more mobile measurement
Principle
Using the principle of magnetic Induction, the thickness of non-ferrous magnetic coatings and platings on ferromagnetic metal substrates such as steel and iron is measured by magnetic Sensor.
Applications
Manufacturing, metal processing, chemical industry, commodity inspection and other testing fields
Steps
1. Select Single or Continuous Measurement mode
2. Choose metric or imperial units according to your needs
3. Align Probe to the coating under test for measurement
4. Read measurement results
5. Data can be transmitted through USB, RS-232C or Bluetooth communication with PC
