Overview
ZB-CBD125 Cobb Water Absorbency Sampler is a special sampling instrument under the ZHIBANG brand, which is mainly used to quickly and accurately cut standard size samples for paper, Cardboard Water Absorbency and oil permeability determination. The Sampler is a satisfactory auxiliary test instrument for industries and departments such as paper making, Encasement and mass supervision and inspection.
Features
1. Dedicated to paper, Cardboard Water Absorbency and oil permeability measurement standard samples sampling.
2. Capable of quickly and accurately cutting standard-sized samples.
3. The sampling size is φ 125mm, and the error is controlled within +/- 0.2mm.
4. Wide sampling Film thickness range, suitable for materials from 0.1 to 1.0mm.
The structure is stable, with a mass of about 25kg.
Principle
The Sampler through its precision mechanical structure, swirl/spin cutting or stamping way, cut from the paper or Cardboard material to be tested with a diameter of 125mm standard circular specimen, to ensure that the edge of the sample is neat, accurate size, to meet the subsequent Water Absorbency and oil permeability test sample requirements.
Applications
Paper industry, Encasement industry, mass supervision and inspection department
Standards
Paper and Cardboard Water Absorbency and Oil Permeability Determination Standards
Steps
1. Place the paper or Cardboard material to be sampled flat on the Sampler work surface.
2. Adjust or confirm the Sampler setting according to the material Film thickness (0.1~ 1.0mm).
3. Start the Sampler and complete the cutting of the standard size (φ 125mm) specimen.
4. Take out the cut round sample and conduct follow-up testing.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is placed smoothly before use.
• Please pay attention to safety when operating and avoid getting your hands close to the cutting area.
• Use within the allowable range (0.1~ 1.0mm) according to the film thickness of the sample.
• Regular maintenance to ensure sampling accuracy (error +/- 0.2mm).
Do not overload or operate the equipment illegally.
