Overview
FR-1311 Breaking strength tester (fully automatic) is an international universal Mullen instrument designed and manufactured by FARUI brand according to ISO2758 "Determination of paper - Burst Strength" and QB1057-98 standards. It is mainly used to measure the Burst Strength of various papers, and can also be used for Burst Strength testing of non-paper materials such as silk, cotton cloth, Plastic film and composite film. It has functions such as parameter testing, conversion, adjustment, display, memory, printing, etc. It is easy to operate and has stable performance.
Features
1. Touchscreen LCD display, digital KG, MPA unit convertible, resolution 1kPa, Precision +/- 0.5% FS.
Capacity range of 250~ 5600kPa, clamping ring diameter of 31.5mm, clamping force ≥ 690Kpa.
3. Oil feeding speed 170 +/- 10cc/min, using shock-proof motor 1/4 HP.
4. With data processing function, it can directly obtain statistical results, automatically reset, and print out.
5. Random rubber film (2 pieces), aluminum foil (5 pieces), glycerin (1 bottle), special wrench (1 piece).
Principle
The testing machine uses a pressure converter induction method, applies pressure through a hydraulic system (85% glycerol, 15% distillation water as hydraulic oil), tests the Burst Strength of the material at a standard oil feeding speed, and displays the results digitally and automatically processes the data.
Applications
Paper, Silk, Cotton, Plastic film, Composite film
Standards
ISO2758、QB1057-98
Steps
1. Connect the power supply (1, AC220V, 2.6A).
2. Use a special wrench to install the clamp ring and material.
3. Set parameters through Touchscreen to start the test.
4. The instrument automatically applies pressure and displays the results.
5. Data is automatically processed and printed out.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC220V to avoid overload.
• Regularly check the hydraulic oil (glycerin and distillation water mixture) level and purity.
• Pre-test calibrate instrument to ensure Precision within +/- 0.5% FS.
• Pay attention to safety during operation to prevent pinching or electrical hazards.
• Clean instruments after use and keep random Accessories properly.
