RDS 5 #L1135φ 10 wire-wound Applicator rod is a wire-wound Spreader Metering rod produced by the American RDS brand. RDS has more than 80 years of experience in R & D and production of coating rods. Its Mayer rod coating method is widely popular for its simple, accurate, uniform and economical characteristics. It is suitable for a variety of substrates. It provides a variety of specifications from No. 3 to No. 75, and supports customized services.
Features

Principle
Wire-wound Applicator rod is based on the Mayer rod coating method, which forms a cavity on the rod surface through a wire wound structure to control the flow and thickness of the paint.
