Overview
YN-HDY01 Digital Display Paper thickness tester is a professional instrument used to detect the thickness of Encasement paper and Spreader printing paper. It is suitable for the measurement of single-layer thickness, laminated thickness and apparent density (pb) of paper within 4mm. The product meets the requirements of QB/T1055 and other standards and is widely used in paper mills, scientific research institutions and Quality control departments.
Features
1. Measurement mode of mechanical contact, no selectivity to the sample
2. Equipped with High Accuracy Displacement Sensor to Ensure Test Stability, Repeatability and accuracy
3. Display mode, intuitive and accurate reading
4. Measurement range 0-4mm, accuracy up to 0.01/0
5. Contact pressure 100 +/- 5kPa, contact area 200 +/- 5mm ², in line with standard requirements
Principle
Under the specified static load, using the Thickness Gauge that meets the accuracy requirements, the thickness of a single sheet or a stack of sheets is measured according to the test requirements, and the result is expressed as a single layer thickness or a laminated thickness, respectively. According to the Basis Weight and the single layer thickness or the laminated thickness of the paper or Cardboard, the single layer tightness or the laminated tightness are calculated respectively.
Applications
Films, Sheets, Plastic films, Sheets, Diaphragms, Paper, Cardboard, Composite Cardboard, Metal Sheet, Silicon Sheet, Foil, Metal Sheet, Corrugated Board, Spinning & Weaving Materials, Knitted Fabrics, Coatings, Nonwovens, Diapers, Wipes, Medical Respirators, Solid Electrical Insulators, Adhesive Tapes, Geosynthetics, Rubber
Standards
GB/T6672、GB/T 451.3、QB/T 1055、ISO 534、GB/T 6547、GB/T 24328.2
Steps
Place the instrument in a working environment with a temperature of (20 +/- 10) ° C and a Humidity < 85%
2. Turn on the power supply to ensure that the instrument starts normally
3. Place the sample to be tested on the measurement platform
4. Select single layer thickness or laminated thickness Measurement mode according to test requirements
5. Start the measurement program to read the thickness value on the display
6. Calculate the corresponding tightness parameters according to the measurement results
Notice
• Instruments must be used in a laboratory environment to avoid Ambient Temperature and Wind Speed affecting Measurement accuracy
• Make sure that the parallelism of the contact surface is less than or equal to 0.035mm before measurement
Periodically calibrate instrument to keep Indication Error within +/- 0.05%
• When using, pay attention to keep the contact pressure at 100 +/- 5kPa
• Avoid use beyond working environmental conditions (temperature 20 +/- 10 ° C, Humidity < 85%)
