Overview
The YN-DLD100Q pneumatic Basis Weight Sampler (also known as circular Basis Weight Sampler) is a professional instrument used to detect standard samples of high-Grammage materials. It uses pneumatic sampling to quickly and accurately cut standard samples with an area of 100cm ². It is suitable for the detection of weight per unit area (g/m ²) of thin sheet materials such as high-strength cardboard, Spinning & weaving products, glass fiber materials, copper foil and aluminum foil. The product uses specially treated mold blades, which have a long service life in the case of non-human damage or special high-strength materials. It is an ideal equipment for paper laboratories and Quality control departments to perform accurate Grammage sampling.

Principle
The device uses a pneumatic device for sampling. During operation, the sample is placed in the sampling area, and the cylinder is driven by a foot-operated pneumatic control element (foot valve). A standard round sample of 100cm ² is quickly and accurately punched with a pressure of 1.5T. The cut sample is then weighed on the Balance, and the unit area Grammage (g/m ²) of the product can be obtained by calculation.

Steps
1. Place the sample in the Sampler sampling area.
2. Step on the pneumatic control element (foot valve) and start the equipment to cut the sample.
3. Remove the cut 100cm ² standard round sample.
4. Place the sample on the Balance for weighing.
5. Calculate the unit area Grammage (g/m ²) of the product according to the weighing result.
Notice
• This product is suitable for material sampling with a thickness range of 0.1 to 8.0mm.
• Sample size requires a diameter greater than 150mm.
• Connect the vacuum Compressor air source during operation, and the Operating Pressure range is 4~ 10kPa.
• Please use in a working environment with temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃ and Humidity < 85%.
• The equipment has a built-in safety buffer protection device, please do not damage or operate illegally.
• The blade is a special treatment mold blade, which can be used for a long time without special high-strength materials or man-made damage. Please avoid damage caused by improper use.
