Overview
YN-YSA3000 Microcomputer Ring Crush Test Tester is a professional instrument for accurate measurement of paper and paper products compressire strength. It is mainly used to detect Ring Crush Test of standard size strip annular paper samples. By ensuring that the sample is accurately parallel to the guide, the stability and repeatability of the test results are guaranteed. The instrument is not only suitable for the determination of Ring Crush Test of corrugated base paper and core paper, but also extended to various strength tests such as edge pressing, gluing disbonding, flat pressing, and CCT and CMT after the base paper is corrugated.

Principle
The working principle of this instrument is to cut a standard-sized specimen from the base paper in the direction of the banner into a ring, and then apply vertical pressure to it. The specimen deforms under pressure until it collapses, and the maximum compressive force measured by the instrument is the compressire strength of the specimen. The Ring Crush Test value is calculated from the length of the specimen and the measured maximum compressive force.

Steps
1. Prepare the corresponding Sampler and fixture according to the test requirements (e.g. ring pressure, side pressure, etc.).
2. Place a standard-sized specimen (e.g. enclosed in a ring or placed in a guide block) accurately on the test platform to ensure that it is parallel to the guide.
3. Set the test parameters through Touchscreen and select the corresponding test mode.
4. Start the test, and the instrument automatically applies pressure to the sample.
5. After the test is completed, the instrument automatically judges the crushing force, saves the data, and returns to position.
6. View test results and Linear dispersion through Touchscreen, and connect the printer to output reports.
Notice
Before testing, ensure that the sample size meets the standard requirements and is placed in an accurate parallel position.
• According to different test items (e.g. ring pressure, edge pressure, gluing, etc.), the corresponding special Sampler and fixture must be used.
• When the instrument is running, do not touch moving parts to ensure safety.
• Regularly check and maintain instruments to ensure sensor accuracy and normal operation of mechanical components.
• Pay attention to the Operating Environment of the instrument and avoid operating under extreme temperatures or Humidity to ensure test accuracy.
When conducting continuous testing for a long time, pay attention to the heat dissipation of the instrument.
