YINUO YN-RCT-A Ring Pressure Special Sampler is a supporting sampling device for microcomputer Compressive Strength Tester, mainly used for preparing test samples of paper, Cardboard and other materials that meet the standard requirements to detect its Ring Crush Test, Edge Crush Test, adhesive strength and other physical performance.

Principle
The Sampler uses a precision mechanical cutting device to cut standard samples from paper, Cardboard, or Miscellaneous materials to be tested according to preset size and accuracy requirements, providing samples that meet specifications for subsequent Compressive Strength tests.

Steps
Select the appropriate setting according to the thickness of the material to be tested (0.05 to 1.2 mm).
2. Place the material to be tested flat in the Sampler work area.
3. Operate the Sampler and cut out a standard sample with a size of 152 * 12.7mm.
4. Check whether the sample size and parallelism meet the requirements.

• Please use within the allowable range (0.05~ 1.2mm) according to the thickness of the material.
• Maintain the equipment regularly to keep the knife edge sharp to ensure sampling accuracy.
