YN-NPY1400 microcomputer paper Burst Strength tester is a special test instrument for paper Breaking strength. It adopts pneumatic clamping method to detect the Burst Strength of paper by film bursting specimen, and simulates the extension force required by the slow bursting of paper by film resilience. Mainly used to detect the Breaking strength test of various types of paper, low Grammage Cardboard, aluminum foil and other sheet materials, suitable for paper mills, R & D institutions and Quality control departments.

Principle
Paper Burst Strength Test Principle: Place the sample on the resilience film, clamp the periphery of the sample tightly, and make it bulge freely with the film. When the hydraulic fluid is pumped at a steady rate, the film bulges until the sample breaks, and the maximum pressure applied is the sample Burst Strength.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample;
2. Place the sample on the resilience film;
3. The instrument automatically pneumatically clamps the sample.
4. Hydraulic fluid is pumped at a steady rate to raise the film until the sample breaks.
5. The instrument records and displays the maximum pressure (Burst Strength) and related data.
6. Automatic reset after the test is completed.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the instrument power supply and gas source are connected correctly.
• Please select the appropriate film according to the standard requirements and check its condition before testing.
• When clamping the sample, make sure that the periphery of the sample is tightly clamped and raised freely with the film.
• The instrument has a built-in protection device, but do not operate for a long time in an out-of-range or empty state.
• Regularly check the sealing of the oil circuit system to prevent oil leakage.
• Please use the instrument under the conditions of working Ambient Temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃ and Humidity < 85%.
• Instruments are regularly calibrated using a dedicated calibration shim to ensure test accuracy.
Do not block or interfere with the open observation structure of the instrument during operation.
