Principle
The principle of paper Burst Strength test is to place the sample on the resilience film, clamp the periphery of the sample tightly, and make it bulge freely with the film. When the hydraulic fluid is pumped at a steady rate to make the film bulge until the sample breaks, the maximum pressure applied is the sample Burst Strength.

Steps
1. Place the sample on the resilience film;
2. Use a pneumatic clamping device to clamp the periphery of the sample tightly.
3. Start the instrument and pump the hydraulic fluid at a steady rate.
4. The film bulges until the sample ruptures.
5. Record the maximum pressure applied as Burst Strength.
6. After the test is completed, the instrument is automatically reset.
Notice
• Ensure that the Working Ambient Temperature is at (20 +/- 10) ° C and Humidity is below 85%;
• Check the film sheet and oil circuit system before use to avoid oil leakage or damage.
• Avoid empty hitting or exceeding the protective range during the test to prevent explosion film;
• Periodically calibrate the instrument and use an aluminum foil calibration shim for verification;
The clamping force is controlled within the range of 0 to 1200Kpa.
The test head can be positioned 360 ° freely to ensure the correct placement of the sample.
