Overview
YN-KZY300 Microcomputer Vertical Tensile strength tester is a precision testing instrument designed according to the national standard GB/T12914 and ISO1924-2 methods. It is used to determine the performance parameters such as Tensile Strength, Tensile Index, elongation and fracture length of various paper and Cardboard materials. It adopts two-way Testing method, small range and high accuracy, which is professionally suitable for paper mills, scientific research institutes and Quality control departments.

Principle
Under the condition of constant speed stretching, the instrument stretches the specimen of specified size to fracture, so as to determine its tensile resistance, and records the ultimate tensile resistance, breaking length and tensile index at fracture.

Steps
1. Prepare the specimen: Use a standard Paper cutter or a tensile Sampler to prepare the specimen of the specified size.
2. Installation fixture: Select the appropriate fixture (standard configuration is 25mm wide) according to the sample type and install it on the main unit.
3. Set parameters: Set test length, stretching speed and other parameters through the 7.0-inch Touchscreen.
4. Clamp the specimen: Clamp the specimen correctly between the upper and lower clamps.
5. Start the test: Start the test, and the instrument automatically completes the stretching, data collection and Linear dispersion drawing.
6. Check the results: After the test is completed, the screen displays and records the results of tension resistance, elongation, etc.
7. Output report: The results can be printed through the built-in thermal printer, or connected to the computer software through the R232 interface for Data analysis and saving.
Notice
The instrument should be placed on a stable working table to avoid vibration.
• Please check whether the Power supply voltage is 220V/50Hz before use.
• Select the appropriate force range (e.g. 6 to 30N, 6 to 300N, or 10 to 500N) according to the test material.
When clamping the specimen, ensure that the specimen is centered in the fixture and does not slide.
Do not touch moving parts during the test.
• Regularly maintain moving parts such as drive screws to keep them clean.
• If you need to customize the fixture width or clip spacing range, please confirm with the supplier in advance.
• If the instrument is abnormal, stop using it immediately and contact a professional.
