YN-WKZY300 microcomputer horizontal Tensile strength tester is a paper horizontal Tensile strength tester, using High Accuracy Sensor and pneumatic clamping specimen, automatic Measurement mode, in line with international standards ISO1924.2 and GB/T 12914 and other requirements, used to detect paper tension, Tensile Strength, elongation, fracture length, Tensile Energy Absorption, Tensile Index, Tensile Energy Absorption Index and Paper Wet Tensile Strength, suitable for paper mills, R & D institutions and Quality control departments.

Principle
Horizontal Tensile strength tester testing principle: Tensile Strength tester under constant speed stretching, the specified size of the sample stretched to fracture, measured its tensile strength, and record the ultimate tensile strength at fracture, breaking length and tensile index.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample and use a standard Paper cutter to cut the specified size;
2. Place the specimen in a pneumatic fixture for automatic clamping.
3. Set test parameters, such as stretching speed, through Touchscreen.
4. Start the test, and the instrument automatically completes the stretching process.
5. Display data and tensile curves in real time, and automatically record the results after the test is completed;
6. Optional print output or connect to the computer through the communication interface for Data analysis.
Notice
Make sure the power supply is 220V and 50Hz to avoid voltage instability.
• The clamping pressure can be adjusted from 0.2 to 0.7 MPa, which needs to be adjusted according to the type of sample;
• Check the fixture width and clip spacing before testing to ensure that the sample requirements are met;
• Avoid long-term continuous operation and use the built-in heat sink to prevent overheating;
• When using the optional accessories, ensure correct connection and installation;
• Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure that the Force Precision and Indication Error are within the allowable range.
