Overview
YN-RRD1000 microcomputer softness tester is a test instrument that simulates the softness of the hand, suitable for the softness detection of paper, non-woven fabrics, fiber materials, films and wires. The instrument is designed according to national standards GB/T 8942, ASTM D2923 and TAPPI T498, and is suitable for related material R & D institutions and Quality control departments.
Features
1. Support customization, can be customized according to customer needs.
2. Control system using liquid crystal display, with a key data statistics function.
3. Fully automatic measurement, real-time Linear dispersion display pressure changes during the test.
4. Adopt Micro Sensor Measurement and Control System, Automatic Sensor Core Digital Circuit Technology.
5. Overrange Automatic Reset to Protect Precision Sensors.
6. The base adopts composite anode anti-rust treatment.
7. Built-in micro thermal printer, the test report can be directly printed after the test batch data.
Principle
Under the specified conditions, when the plate probe presses the sample into the slot-die at a certain depth (8mm), the instrument records the sum of the maximum vector of the bending force of the sample itself and the friction between the sample and the gap, which is the softness of the sample. The smaller the instrument indication, the softer the sample.
Applications
Paper, nonwoven fabric, fibrous material, film, wire
Standards
GB/T 8942、QB/T 1060、ASTM D2923、ASTM D6828-02、TAPPI T498、INDA IST 90.3、EDANA WSP 90.3
Steps
1. Prepare the sample.
2. Select the appropriate slot-die width and weight group according to the test requirements.
3. Place the specimen on the specimen bench.
4. Start the instrument, and the probe is automatically pressed down to the specified depth for measurement.
5. The instrument automatically records and displays the test results and pressure changes Linear dispersion.
6. After the test is completed, the test report can be printed through the Build-in Printer.
Notice
• Please read the manual carefully before use to ensure correct operation.
• Choose the appropriate combination of slot-die width and weight according to the test material.
• Ensure that the parallelism error on both sides of the sample table slot-die meets the requirements (≤ 0.05mm).
• The instrument has an over-range automatic reset function, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term over-range use to protect the Sensor.
• Regularly use test weights (200g, 400g, 600g) to calibrate the instrument to ensure test accuracy.
• Keep the instrument clean, especially the specimen stage and probe section.
• The instrument weight is about 30kg, and safety should be paid attention to when moving and installing.
• Standard configuration is host, weight, printing paper, power cord, manual, warranty card, certificate, professional software and communication cable are optional.
