Overview
YN-ZCA Dust Analyzer is a special instrument for measuring the dust degree of paper or Cardboard. Dust refers to the visible fiber bundles and Miscellaneous impurities that are different from the paper surface under any angle irradiation. The instrument is suitable for the detection of food parchment, translucent paper, food Encasement paper and food Encasement Cardboard and other materials in the QS certification of paper Encasement.
Features
1. Equipped with a 20W fluorescent light source, the illumination angle is 60 ° to ensure clear observation.
2. The effective area of the workbench is 0.0625 square meters, and it can be swirled/spun at 360 °, which is convenient for multi-angle detection.
3. The standard dust map area covers the range of 0.05~ 5.0mm ² to meet the standard measurement requirements.
4. The instrument has a compact structure, Dimension is 750 * 350 * 500mm, weight is about 15kg, easy to place and operate.
Principle
The instrument irradiates the surface of the tested paper or Cardboard sample at a 60 ° angle through the built-in 20W fluorescent lamp. The operator recognizes and counts the Spot (ie dust) in the effective area of the sample that is different from the paper surface under standard lighting conditions by visual observation, such as fiber bundles and Miscellaneous impurities, and determines the dust degree by comparing it with the standard dust map.
Applications
Food Parchment, Translucent Paper, Food Encasement Paper, Food Encasement Cardboard
Standards
GB/T1541-2013 "Paper and Cardboard Dust Determination"
Steps
1. Prepare paper or Cardboard samples to be tested.
2. Lay the sample on the instrument table.
3. Turn on the 20W fluorescent light source.
4. Swirl/spin table to observe the sample surface from different angles.
5. Identify and count dust points in the effective area that are different from the paper Color.
6. Compare and evaluate the observed dust with the standard dust map.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the instrument is placed smoothly and the Illuminant works normally.
• When observing, ensure that the environment rays of light are appropriate to avoid external strong light interference.
Samples should be placed flat in the effective detection area of the workbench.
• Be careful when operating the swirl/spin table to avoid sample slipping or damage.
• Regularly clean the surface of the instrument and the Illuminant to maintain the observation clarity.
• Please calibrate and operate according to relevant standards to ensure the accuracy of test results.
