Principle
The instrument adopts D/8-SCI + SCE measurement structure, that is, diffuse illumination, 8 ° direction reception, including specular reflection and removal of specular reflection. Optical inspection devices and CMOS sensors are integrated to perform spectroscopic measurements at 10nm intervals in the 400~ 700nm Wavelength range to measure the Light spectrum reflectance of the sample.

1. Turn on the instrument
