Overview
JW-101A automatic compressive strength tester is a professional instrument used to detect various compressive strengths of paper, Cardboard and Corrugated Board. It is suitable for paper mills to detect the annular compressive strength of paper, and Cardboard mills, carton mills and related enterprises to detect the edge compressive strength, flat compressive strength, adhesive strength and paper core flat compressive strength of Corrugated Board. It is an ideal test tool for related production enterprises and mass supervision and inspection departments.
Features
1. Fully automated testing, easy to operate.
2. High Accuracy force value measurement, resolution up to 0.01N, Indication Error ≤ +/- 1%.
3. Equipped with 3.2-inch LCD screen, real-time display of force value changes Linear dispersion.
4. Integrated modular integrated thermal printer, which can directly output test results.
5. High parallelism between the upper and lower pressure plates (≤ 0.05mm) ensures test accuracy.
6. The test height range is 5.5 centimeters, providing a wide range of applications.
Principle
The instrument drives the upper platen down at a constant speed (12.5 +/- 1mm/min) through a precision mechanical structure, applying compressive force to the specimen (such as paper ring, Cardboard, etc.) placed on the lower platen. The built-in High Accuracy Sensor detects and records the change of force value during compression in real time until the specimen is crushed, thereby measuring the maximum compressive strength of the specimen.
Applications
Cardboard production enterprises, cardboard production enterprises, carton use enterprises, mass supervision and inspection departments
Standards
GB/T 2679.8、GB/T 6546、GB/T 6548、GB/T 2679.6
Steps
1. According to the test requirements (such as ring pressure, edge pressure, etc.), the preparation of standard samples.
2. Place the specimen correctly in the center of the instrument's lower pressure plate.
3. Select or set the corresponding test procedures and parameters through the human-machine interface.
4. Start the test, and the instrument automatically completes the compression process and records the data.
5. After the test is completed, the data is displayed in real time, and the results can be printed out through an integrated thermal printer.
Notice
• The instrument should work in an environment with temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and humidity < 85%.
• Make sure the upper and lower pressure plates are clean and parallel before testing.
• When placing the sample, it should be centered to avoid partial loading affecting the test results.
• Regularly calibrate and maintain instruments to ensure Measurement accuracy.
Do not use beyond the maximum force range of the instrument (3000N).
Operators should be trained and familiar with relevant testing standards and instrument operating procedures.
