Principle
The instrument fixes the sample by clamping the upper and lower parts, applying pressure using an oil pressure system, and the film deforms under pressure until the sample breaks. Burst Strength measurement by High Accuracy Sensor. The drive structure adopts an all-steel chain to ensure uniform pressure and prevent deviation, thereby improving the Stability and accuracy of detection.
Applications
R & D institutions, paper mills, Encasement industries, Quality control departments
Standards
GB/T454、QB/T 1057、ISO 2758
Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power and start the system
2. Set test parameters through Touchscreen, such as unit selection
3. Place the sample between the upper and lower clamping sections to ensure fixation
4. Start the test, and the instrument automatically pressurizes until the sample ruptures
5. Read and record test data
6. Use Built-in Printer to output results
7. After the test is completed, decompress and clean
Notice
Make sure the sample is placed flat to avoid wrinkles affecting the test results
* Regularly check the sealing of the oil circuit system to prevent leakage
* Calibrate instruments before use to ensure data accuracy
* Avoid operating in a strong electromagnetic interference environment
The test head is made of stainless steel and requires regular cleaning and maintenance
* Pay attention to safety during operation to prevent high voltage injury
