Overview
JW-110C interlayer disbonding tester is a paper and Cardboard internal bond strength tester produced by JINGWEN brand. It is mainly used to measure the Z-direction Tensile Strength (ie Internal Bond Strength) of test paper and Cardboard, reflecting the ability of paper and Cardboard to resist interlayer separation. The control of internal bond strength is very important for processing multi-layer paper and cardboard. Too low or uneven distribution may lead to printing problems, and too high will increase the processing difficulty and cost. This test is widely used in the printing and Encasement industries of multi-layer Cardboard.
Features
Indication Error +/- 1 J/m ², high accuracy
2. Measurement range 20~ 1000 J/m ², wide coverage
3. Resolution 0.01 J/m ², fine measurement
4. Impact angle 90 °, standard design
5. The number of samples is 5 groups, with high efficiency
6. Touch screen display, easy to operate
7. Thermal printer output, high-speed mute
8. Electric hydraulic pressurization device, free of manual labor
Principle
The testing machine applies pressure through an electro-hydraulic pressurization device to measure the Z-direction Tensile Strength of the test paper and Cardboard specimen (size 25.4 * 25.4mm) at a 90 ° Impact angle, measure their internal bonding strength, reflect the interlayer bonding ability, and ensure that the internal bonding strength is controllable.
Applications
Printing, Encasement Industry
Standards
GB/T 26203、TAPPI T-569
Steps
1. Prepare a 25.4 * 25.4mm sample
2. Place the specimen on the testing machine
3. Set parameters through the touch screen
4. Start the electro-hydraulic pressurization device for testing
5. Read and record measurement results
6. Use the thermal printer to output data
Notice
• Power supply voltage in AC 100~ 240V range
• Environmental conditions should be controlled at indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃, relative humidity < 85%
• Avoid use outside the Force Measurement range of 20~ 1000 J/m ²
Periodically calibrate to keep Indication Error within +/- 1 J/m ²
• Pay attention to safety during operation to prevent the sample from splashing
