2. High span accuracy: +/- 0.1mm
3. Measurement range: 0~ 10000mN
4. Sensor accuracy: +/- 0.1%, resolution 0.01mN
5. Bending angle adjustable range: 1~ 92 °, angle accuracy +/- 0.1
6. A single test can simultaneously determine three different angles
7. Angular velocity control range: 0.5~ 50 °/sec
8. Thickness measurement range: 0.01~ 5.0mm
9.7 inch Touchscreen Operating interface
10. Unlimited blessing, nondestructive continuous clamping
11. Standard calibrating tools, equipment can achieve self-calibrating
12. Modular integrated thermal printer
Principle
Based on the principle of static bending stiffness measurement, the instrument applies bending force to the sample and measures its bending angle and bending force value through three-point method and four-point method, so as to calculate the bending stiffness performance of the material.
Applications
Paper, Cardboard, Film, Mica Sheet, Graphite Sheet, Composite and other sheet materials
Standards
GB/T 2314、GB/T 2236、ISO 5628、ISO 2493
Steps
1. Prepare 38 * 70mm standard samples
2. Set bending length, angle and angular velocity parameters
3. Manual clamping of specimens
4. Start the test, and the instrument automatically completes the bending test
5. Automatic reset of the fixture after the test is completed
6. View the test results and output them through the printer
Notice
• The sample size should meet the requirements of the 38 * 70mm standard
• Choose the appropriate bending time based on material resilience
• Ensure equipment is self-calibrated before testing
• Pay attention to nondestructive continuous clamping when clamping the sample
• Test parameter settings should comply with relevant standards
