Overview
PY-H603 automatic Compressive Strength tester is a new type of High Accuracy smart tester independently developed by PUYUN according to relevant national standards. It is used to detect 6 testing items such as Ring Crush Test RCT of paper, Cardboard Edge Crush Test ECT, Corrugated Board adhesive strength PAT, Corrugated Board Flat Crush Test FCT, Corrugated Base Paper CMT and Corrugated Base Paper CCT.

Principle
The instrument uses microcomputer touch screen control technology to automatically measure and control Compressive Strength, detects force values through Sensor, displays test data in real time, and automatically locks and analyzes results.

Steps
1. Select the corresponding Accessories according to the test item.
2. Use the touchscreen interface to set parameters and units.
3. Place the sample and start the test.
4. The instrument automatically measures and displays real-time data.
5. After the test is completed, the results are automatically locked and can be queried, printed, or stored.
Notice
• Make sure the data is saved when the instrument is turned off or powered off.
• Check that Travel protection and overload protection functions are normal before operation.
• When using a thermal printer, there is no need to change the color ribbon or add inks.
• Regularly calibrate Sensors to standard to maintain accuracy.
• Avoid electromagnetic interference and ensure the stability of the circuit system.
