The QIWEI ORP-2 Portable ORP meter is a High Accuracy instrument for laboratory measurement of mV values, with dual functions of MV and temperature. The instrument comes standard with ORP Electrode and Temperature Electrode, which have fast reaction and good Stability. It is suitable for measuring the pole potential (mV value) of aqueous solutions.

Principle
The instrument measures the polar potential (mV value) of the aqueous solution through ORP Electrode, and is equipped with Temperature Electrode for temperature measurement to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results.

Steps
1. Standard Reagent Configuration: Add 60ML distillation water to a pack of standard Reagent, fully dissolve and stir, and can be used after 30 minutes
2. Instrument correction: Switch to the correction gear, Electrode is washed and dried with distillation water, put in the correction solution 256mV, stir to make it fully contact, press the confirm button after the reading is stable
3. Instrument measurement: Switch to the measurement file, put Electrode into the tested solution, stir to make it fully contact, press the confirm button after the reading is stable, and the screen display value is the correct reading
Notice
• Storage of ORP Electrode: After the Electrode is cleaned, put it in the saturated solution of KCL
• Cleaning of ORP Electrode: If the platinum head of Electrode is found to be contaminated, it should be cleaned when the Measured value in the standard solution of PH = 4 exceeds the Standard value
