Overview
The RONGHUA INSTRUMENT CHP-160Q Co2 Incubator is a 160L cell, tissue and bacteria fostering instrument. It uses a microcomputer intelligent controller with functions such as temperature control, CO2 concentration control, water level monitoring, UV sterilization, and is equipped with an antibacterial stainless steel liner. It is suitable for a wide range of biological and medical research fields.
Features
1. Microcomputer intelligent controller, with temperature control, CO2 gas, door temperature, water level, UV Lamp, timing control and over-temperature, water level, safety protection alarm functions.
2. The CO2 inlet can be equipped with high-efficiency microbial Filter, and the filtrating efficiency of 0.3um particles is 99.99%.
3. The back wall of the box is equipped with an ultraviolet sterilization lamp, which can be disinfected regularly to effectively prevent foster pollution.
4. Glass door can be heated to prevent condensation and microbial contamination.
5. Using antibacterial stainless steel liner, four-corner arc design, adjustable shelf, easy to clean.
6. The upgraded touch color screen intelligent temperature control instrument supports programmable programming, running Linear dispersion display, and is equipped with imported infrared CO2 concentration Sensor for more accurate and stable control.
7. Optional RS-485 interface, connected to a printer or computer to record temperature parameters.
Principle
The incubator precisely controls the temperature and CO2 concentration in the box through a microcomputer controller (monitored by an infrared Sensor) to create a stable growth environment for cells or microorganisms. Glass door heating prevents condensation, UV Lamp regularly sterilizes the air in the box and the water vapor in the humidifier plate, and cooperates with a high-efficiency intake Filter to reduce the risk of contamination and ensure the cleanliness and stability of the foster process.
Applications
Microbial research, agricultural scientific research, medical research, various tissue and cell foster, AIDS research, tumor research, heart disease research, virus propagation, bacterial foster, genetic engineering, testtube baby technology, cloning technology, pharmacy, microbiology, immunology
Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the working environment temperature is between + 5 and 35 ° C.
2. Set the required temperature (RT + 5~ 60 ℃) and CO2 concentration (0~ 20%) through the microcomputer controller.
3. Check and ensure that the water level of the humidifier is normal.
4. If you need to sterilize, start the UV sterilization lamp function.
5. Close the door after placing the foster, and the door heating function will run automatically to prevent condensation.
6. Monitor the operating status through the controller, and deal with any alarms in a timely manner.
7. (Optional) Data can be recorded by connecting external devices through the RS-485 interface.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50Hz before use.
• Equipment power ≤ 700W, please ensure that the power supply line is fully loaded.
• Pay attention to the ambient temperature range and avoid operating at too high or too low environment temperature.
• Regularly check the status of the CO2 Intake Filter (if optional) and replace it if necessary.
• Pay attention to the water level alarm and replenish water for the humidifier in time.
• When cleaning the box or placing foster materials, please pay attention to safety and avoid direct UV Lamp exposure.
• When encountering over-temperature or Miscellaneous alarm, please identify the cause and troubleshoot before continuing to use it.
