Overview
INESA WRX-2S Microscopic Thermal Analyzer is an instrument suitable for studying and measuring the thermal properties of measured substances under a microscope, called TOA analysis (thermal Optical inspection analysis). It can be used for the determination of melting points of trace samples and slice samples, as well as bioengineering thermodynamics research, and has wide applications in synthetic fibers, chemical industry, biology, mineralogy, criminology and other fields.
Features
1. Adopt PWM pulse program temperature control and color LCD Touchscreen display technology.
It has 3000 test data storage functions.
3. Equipped with USB interface for PC data transmission and RS232 interface to connect to the micro printer (optional).
4. Temperature range from room temperature to 300 ℃, Temperature resolution up to 0.1 ℃.
5. The heating rate can be selected continuously between 0.1 and 20 ° C/min.
6. Provide a variety of microscope configuration options, including trinocular Bio-Microscope, Video Continuous Diploidy Microscope, and Polarizing Microscope.
Principle
Based on the Hot Table Method and Visual Measuring method, the instrument precisely controls the temperature through the PWM pulse program, observes the change of thermal characteristics of the sample under the Microscope, and realizes the thermal Optical inspection analysis.
Applications
Synthetic fibers, chemistry, biology, mineralogy, criminology
Steps
1. Prepare the sample and place it on the slide.
2. Set the temperature parameters and heating rate through Touchscreen.
3. Start the instrument for heating and observation.
4. Microscope is used to observe changes in the thermal characteristics of the sample.
5. Data is automatically stored or transferred to the PC through the interface.
Notice
• Slide thickness should be within the range of 0.8 to 1.2mm or 0.17mm.
• The power requirements are 220V +/- 22V, 50Hz +/- 1Hz.
• Net weight of the instrument 9kg (without Microscope), pay attention to safety when handling.
• The printer is an optional device and requires an additional connection.
