1. Adopt PWM pulse program temperature control and color LCD Touchscreen display technology.
It has 3000 test data storage functions.
3. Equipped with a USB interface to transfer data to the PC, the RS232 interface can be connected to a micro printer (optional) for printing.
4. Temperature range, from RT + to 300 ℃, Temperature resolution is 0.1 ℃.
5. The heating rate can be selected continuously between 0.1 and 20 ° C/min.
6. Indication Error small, +/- 0.5 ℃ (≤ 200 ℃) and +/- 0.7 ℃ (> 200 ℃).
7. Repeatability is good, +/- 0.3 ℃ (1.0 ℃/min).
8. The linear heating rate error is +/- 10%.
9. Supports a variety of microscope configurations, including trinocular biological Microscope, video-type continuous aneuploidy Microscope, and trinocular polarized Microscope.
Principle
Microscopic Thermal Analyzer Based on Thermal Stage Method and Visual Measuring method, the temperature change is precisely controlled by PWM pulse program temperature control technology, and the thermal characteristics of the sample are observed under Microscope to realize thermal Optical inspection and analysis.
Applications
Synthetic fibers, chemistry, biology, mineralogy, criminology
Steps
1. Prepare the sample and place it on the slide.
2. Install the slide onto the thermal mirror stage.
3. Set the temperature parameters and heating rate through Touchscreen.
4. Start the heating program and observe the changes in the sample under the Microscope.
5. Record or store test data.
6. Optional to transfer data through the USB interface or connect the printer to print the results.
