Overview
SGW-731 automatic refractometer is INESA brand High Accuracy Optical inspection measuring instrument, using high resolution CCD detection system and color LCD Touchscreen, with automatic measurement, temperature correction, large capacity Data storage and a variety of Communication interface functions. The instrument has a small liquid level measurement, only 0.5ml sample can realize nondestructive measurement, the sample can be recycled, and there are no mechanical moving parts. LED Illuminant life is more than 100,000 hours.

Principle
Based on the principle of Optical inspection, the instrument automatically analyzes the sample refractive index through a high-resolution CCD detection system, and combines the built-in algorithm for temperature correction and parameter conversion to achieve fast and accurate concentration or refractive index measurement.

Steps
1. Boot up and prepare samples
2. Take the 0.5 ml sample and place it on the measurement prism
3. Measurement mode selection via Touchscreen
4. Instrument automatic measurement and display results
5. Data can be saved or exported through the interface
Notice
• Power supply voltage 220V +/- 22V, Frequency 50Hz +/- 1Hz
• The sample volume needs to be controlled at about 0.5ml.
• Regularly clean measurement prisms to keep Optical inspection components clean
• Avoid violent vibration or impact on the instrument
• Make sure the storage device is connected properly when exporting data
