Overview
SGW-733 automatic refractometer (temperature control) is a high Accuracy measuring instrument of INESA brand. It adopts a high-resolution CCD detection system to realize automatic measurement. It has the characteristics of fast Test speed, good Repeatability and temperature correction. The instrument is equipped with a color LCD Touchscreen. Operating interface is friendly and intuitive. It supports large-capacity Data storage and traceability. Communication interface can be connected to computer and U disk. The measurement prism is corrosion-resistant, scratch-resistant, easy to clean, durable, and the measurement liquid level is small. Only 0.5ml sample can be used for nondestructive measurement, and the sample can be recycled. The instrument structure has no mechanical moving parts, adopts LED Illuminant, and has a long service life. Built-in 8 industry standard parameters and user-defined Measurement units.

Principle
The instrument automatically measures the Refractive index of the sample through the high-resolution CCD detection system, and uses the semiconductor (Paltier) Temperature control mode to precisely control the temperature to ensure the measurement accuracy. Built-in temperature correction function automatically compensates for the influence of temperature changes on the measurement results, improving Repeatability and accuracy.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power and prepare the sample.
2. Use Touchscreen to select Measurement mode (with 8 standard parameters or custom units).
3. The sampling of 0.5 ml is placed on the measurement prism.
4. The instrument automatically measures and displays the results, and the data can be saved or exported.
5. Clean the prism after measurement to ensure that the instrument is clean.
Notice
• Power supply voltage 220V +/- 22V, Frequency 50Hz +/- 1 Hz.
• The sampling amount is controlled within 0.5ml to avoid waste.
• Clean the prism in time after measurement to prevent sample residue.
• Operating Environment Temperature should be in the range of 10~ 60 ℃.
• Ensure that the USB stick or computer connection is stable when exporting data.
• Avoid Mechanical Impacts and Protect Instruments Without Moving Parts.
